When you get your puppy you get the short version of the Purchase Agreement, but on the short version it does state by signing this the new owner agrees to the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement found on the breeder’s website and adjustments made here. www.Sureshotvizslas.com
This is our legal and binding contract and by placing a 1/2 down non-refundable deposit/non-refundable puppy fee hold, payment or payment in full you agree to these terms with or without signing this contract.
